Somerset Photo fine art inkjet paper

Blacks printed on Somerset Photo have a high d-max and the base paper is a Bright White colour with low amounts of OBA used to achieve this. It is designed for use in the photographic and fine art markets. It is a surface coated product that is engineered to be compatible with all good quality inkjet printers. The paper, in combination with wide format inkjet printers using pigmented inksets, can reproduce a wide colour gamut and is able to achieve high density values (d-max).

Somerset Photo is made from 100% cotton linters. Linters contain a very high percentage of alpha cellulose, the purest form of cellulose. It is made on a traditional Mould Machine, using woollen felts to impart a delicate texture to the surface of the sheet. The resultant sheet has a high whiteness value, without resorting to excessive use of optical brightening agents.

Inkjet Sampler Packs

Now available are A4 'Inkjet Sampler' packs that hold the entire range of inkjet papers available from St Cuthberts Mill. Each pack contains 5 sheets of Somerset Photo, 5 sheets of each of the Somerset Enhanced range and 5 sheets of Bockingford Inkjet.

The packs are economically priced, and contain 30 sheets in each box.

Saunders Waterford Blocks

Following popular demand, St Cuthberts Mill is producing and stocking its very own range of Saunders Waterford blocks. These blocks have been carefully crafted using the exquisite Saunders Waterford 300g/m² (140lb) watercolour paper in HP, CP(NOT) and Rough surfaces.

Each block is glued on all 4 edges, keeping the paper secured when you apply a wash. When using a block you do not need to go through the process of soaking and stretching the sheet as the block does this for you, leaving the paper to dry flat.

Each block contains 20 sheets of 300g/m² Saunders Waterford paper, and contains information about Saunders Waterford and St Cuthberts Mill written in English, French, German and Spanish, and is individually shrink wrapped.

Bockingford Pads &Spirals

St Cuthberts Mill is proud to introduce 10 new items to its range, with the introduction of Bockingford watercolour pads and spirals.

This is the first time the mill has produced and stocked its own line of converted products, so that distributors can order these items directly from the paper manufacturer, instead of converting Bockingford paper into pads and spirals themselves. The new range consists of 5 sizes of Bockingford pads (glued on one edge) and 5 sizes of Bockingford spirals.

Each item has 12 sheets of 300g/m² CP(NOT) white Bockingford paper, and contains information about Bockingford written in English, French, German and Spanish. Each item is individually shrink wrapped.
